8th Man (1963)

Agent Brady has been in a terrible accident and was run over by a car driven by notorious gangster, Saucer Lips. A passing scientist see’s Agent Brady’s torn body, and takes it back to the lab and sets to work. Although agent Brady’s body is useless now, his brain is transferred into a robot body, the eighth prototype. Being in his new robot body, agent Brady is newly geared to fight crime against Saucer Lips and his cronies.
