The Addiction Project is produced by HBO in partnership with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) and the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA). The series, which consists of nine segments, brings together the nation's leading experts on addiction and pairs them with award-winning filmmakers.
