Animal Precinct (2001)

Narrated by actor Michael Madsen, "Animal Precinct" follows the agents of the New York City ASPCA Humane Law Enforcement Department. It's the only group in the city solely dedicated to investigating crimes against the animal population. The series allows viewers to accompany the agents as the look into some of the thousands of crimes that are reported each year; cases have included infiltrating a dog fighting ring, closing down cock-fighting facilities and arresting people who are starving or abusing their pets.
