1.0 Bakit hindi ba pweding paalisin ninyo muna ang sasakyan kung iyan ay

I just want to consult my problem about Danvil Plans Inc. Last Apr. 6, 2008, around 7-8 pm sa SM SouthMall Las Pi?as, they have invited me to their office for their promotion and then for the orientation of their product. That is the Savings Plan with Insurance Policy. Sa umpisa po ng conversation, ipinaliwanag ni Glenn Osorio, one of their staffs, ang advantages ng kanilang Plan from the other Savings Plan na ino-offer ng iba. He said that it's a lot better because I am being protected while saving. Sinabi nya sa kin ung 2 types of Plan na meron sila. At ang isa nga po dun is the 5/15 yrs endowment plan which he had offered to me. Sa plan na ito, the policy owner have to pay an initial deposit of P16,800.00 and a monthly endowment of P1,610 for 5 yrs. Maturity po nito is within 15 years wherein you'll be getting P175,000.00 as your total savings dahil yun daw pong pera will be having a 7-9% interest annually. Sabi ko po sa kanya, interesado ako pero hindi ko pa kayang mag avail sa ngayon dahil wala akong P16,800.00 na cash. Sabi nya hndi daw sila tumatanggap ng cash dahil ang process daw is going to be a bank to bank process. Tapos tinanong nya yung credit card ko which I have presented to the reception to get the bag na sabi nila is just part of their promotion that they're giving away to people who have credit cads. Sabi ko wag muna ngayon dahil meron pa kong utang na around P4,000.00 sa credit card ko that time. Hindi ko kayang bayaran kung dun ko kukuhanin ung P16,800.00 na pang deposit ko sa kanila. Sabi nya, P700.00 per month lang naman daw ang babayaran ko sa credit card ko dahil payable naman daw yun within 2 years. Sagot ko, hindi pwede kasi malaki ang magiging interest nyan and kung cash ang magiging basis, meron pa yang withdrawal charges. Sagot niya sa kin, “hindi po ma'am wala pong charges yan. Bank to bank po yan. Hindi po tayo magwiwithdraw ng cash dyan sa credit card mo at hindi po kayo mabibigatan dahil pwede nyo po yan bayaran within 2 years”. Tinanong nya ko kung magkano sweldo ko at kung magkano lang ang kaya kong bayaran every month. Sabi ko P3,000/month lang kaya ko pero pag nag exceed pa dun, hndi ko na kaya dahil ako lang ang nagpo-provide sa min ng nanay ko. Sabi nya 700/month daw sa credit card ko tapos 1,610.00 lang naman daw babayaran ko every month sa endowment. Sabi ko kung ganun lang, kaya ko yun. Pero ilang beses kong pinaulit-ulit sa kanyang ung about sa interest because I told him, “takot akong mangutang” but consistent ang sagot nya sa kin na wala daw yun interest. Kung gusto ko daw pwedeng 800/month bayaran ko para mas madali akong makatapos. Hiniram nya yung credit card ko para daw “subukan” kung ia-approve ako ng bank ko or hindi. Pumunta kami sa cashier nila. After their cashier swiped my credit card, they were asking me to sign the receipt. Sabay sabi ni Glenn, “okay na po ma'am”. Sabi ko teka lang, pano ang payment ko nyan? Inulit nya ulit yung sinabi nya sa kin before nya ipa-swipe yung card ko, na wala akong poproblemahin sa charges and intereset kasi bank to bank ang process nun at sila na daw ang bahala dun. Bumalik kami sa lugar kung saan kami nag uusap then their Manager came in to confirm the transaction. After that, pinalabas nila ako papuntang reception area. Pero binalikan ko yung Manager nila sa loob. Sabi ko sir, tanong ko ulit, magkano ang babayaran ko monthly at gaano ko nga ulit ito katagal babayaran? Sagot ng Manager P16,800 po sa credit card nyo pwedeng 700/month. Pwede ding 800/month depende sa inyo. Basta sa loob po yan ng 2 yrs. And yung 1,610 na monthly endowment. Sabi ko sigurado ka sir ha. Kasi kung 1,610 ang monthly payment ko sa credit card ko para sa P16,800 ko, masyado po akong lugi dito malaki ang interest. Sabi nya hindi po. P700/month lang po sa credit card tsaka 1,610 per month sa endowment. Okay po, kino-confirm ko lang. Bumalik ako sa reception waiting for my papers to be processed. Ang tagal ng naging proseso ng buong pangyayari. Yung unang invitation nilang 15 mins lang, naging 45 mins. Hanggang sa abutin na ko dun ng mahigit 1-1/2 hours dahil everytime na magpapaalam ako kay Glenn para umuwi na dahil gabi na nga, lagi nya kong pinipigilan.

Wala naman sana akong makitang mali sa kanila aside from almost harassing me to confirm with the transaction. But since I was interested in Life Insurance, nakumbinsi na nila ko. Akala ko lahat wala ng problem until I received my statement of account from my credit card company. Full amount ang charge sa billing ko. Tinawagan ko ang credit card company ko pero sabi nila, Danvil daw ang dapat mag arrange nun. Nung binalikan ko ang Danvil, sabi nila dapat daw ako ang nag arrange at tinatanggi na nila yung sinabi nilang payable ang P16,800 for 2 years without interest. I have filed a request for refund but until this moment, hindi ko pa nababawi ang P16,800 na kinuha nila sa credit card ko plus its interest. Nahihirapan po akong patunayan yung claim ko because I have no proof about the 2 yrs. with 0% interest information that they said but still I am very eager to get my money back because I was so cheated and misled by the them.

Sana po matulungan nyo ako sa problema kong ito. Hopefully matulungan nyo din po akong macheck ang legalities ng papers nila dahil napag alaman ko po na sila din ang dating Family First na nirereklamo ng maraming tao.

Pumunta po ako sa Puregold Makati to have the unit replaced po, at first sabi ng cystomer service employee(Maricris Tulod) need daw nila receipt, sabi ko na misplace ng wife ko, reply nya "sir, di po tayo makaka-reprint ngayon ng receipt, anong cashier po ba kayo nagbayad?" so natunugan ko na sir Bitag na may paraan naman para ma verify nila analysing the reply of the employee. Mukhang di na magagawan ng paraan nung customer service employee kaya pinatawag ko na Manager nila(Milet Dugay). Matigas po yung manager na "no receipt, no exchange daw po". sabi ko sakanya policy nyo yan pero yan ba policy ng DTI? Inexplain ko sa kanya yung experience ko sa ibang stores na may store copy naman talaga dapat ng receipt, at kita naman nya yung sticker with barcode details na nakadikit pa sa product na binili ko pero sa haba ng usapan namin at marami na nakatingin e napahiya lang ako sa kanya sa katigasan nya na no receipt no exchange daw po.
500 pesos item lang po sir Bitag pero yung kahihiyan na inabot namin ng wife ko together with my 3 kids po, age 7, 4, and 1... Sa huli po nung bumalik wife ko to ask for their names nadinig nya pinapagalitan ng manager yung employe "dapat di mo sinabi yung tungkol sa re-print". Alam ko naman sir na may paraan dapat sila na ma-trace ang product nila lalu na nakadikit pa yung barcode.
