Bob (1992)

Greeting card artist Bob McKay is forced to collaborate with Harlan Stone, an obnoxious colleague, on a revival of Bob's comic-book canine superhero, Mad-Dog. The office staff at ACE Comics also includes Trisha, Bob's ditzy daughter; Chad, an artist with a crush on Trisha; Iris, a world-weary battle-ax; and Albie, a clumsy gofer. At home, Bob got plenty of affectionate support from Kaye, his wife of 25 years.
