Summary:

What's the point of weaving laughter and tears without friends to share it with? Boy and Kris look into new and old friendships and the wonderful blessings that come with them.

Two of the most beautiful and controversial faces in the showbiz industry graced the dynamic duo's show today. Once they were purportedly enemies but now Dina Bonnevie and Rosanna Roces have found a common ground as they both became a part of the upcoming sineserye Natutulog Ba Ang Diyos. Their first impressions of each other still remain the same, but what connects them is the fact that they're both straightforward and loving moms to their grown-ups.

The two moms are both trusting and supportive as a parent. For Ms. D., raising kids is like flying a kite wherein you watch them soar high when they thrive on their chosen paths, and then you pull the string to guide their direction if they go astray. Likewise, Osang claimed that she doesn't impose rules on Onyok and Grace for she doesn't want them to fear her. She prefers it if they run to her whenever they are in trouble.

Talking about men in their lives, Dina's taking it slow, at the same time, hoping that it will be for keeps if God wills her to be with someone again. With both Danica and Oyo living their separate lives, she is certainly free to tread her own journey. On the contrary, the only source of joy for Rosanna at this point is her son and grandson Budoy. Guys take a backseat in her list of priority but of course, she's not closing the door to her heart yet for she doesn't wish to grow old alone after all.

Meanwhile, the next tandem has been friends for three decades already! Pops Fernandez knew Liezel Martinez since the latter was still a child star back then. Liezel had been her female counterpart of knight in shining armor to fend off her enemies as a kid. On the other hand, Liezel confided that Pipay was a studious student who excels in athletics as well. She also recalled that she her classes were way advanced compared to her and their posse.

At ten, boys were absolutely an off matter for them. But the next few years was a 360-degree turnaround. All their mischief began. They happily reminisced how Pipay used to wait on Liezel at her school just to sweep her away onto certain gimmicks which, they emphasized, were wholesome in general. At that time, Pops even went out with Lloyd Samartino, when her friend started dating Albert. At twenty they were both married and onto their thirties wherein Pops marriage with Martin began to crumble.

Pipay revealed that Albert's patience and understanding made up for Liezel's strong personality. This helped to make their married life last. On her part, she became emotional as she thought of the difficult roles of a mom as well as a “father figure” to her kids Ram and Robin. What comforts her is the idea that God blessed her and Liezel with such amazing kids who appreciates what they sacrifice for them.

Life is never complete without such treasured relationships that keep us strong and confident to face even the hardest burden in the world!
