The sparkle of love in Toni's eyes is certainly undeniable. After the long wait, she finally found someone whom she can trust her heart with. After being linked with celebrities like Sam Milby, Luis Manzano, Vhong Navarro and Zandjoe Marudo, she shares that what sets Direk Paul apart from them is that he is an answered prayer. Direk Paul himself joins the show to proudly tell the world that real status of their relationship.

Proving how he really came from a good Christian family, he exclaims, “Yes we are together. I wanted it to come from me. I wanted to tell everyone that we're in love. She's definitely one of the best blessings I've ever received.” In turn, Toni confides to Boy and Kris, “He's God's gift to me. I prayed about it for a very long time. It's worth the wait.” In her 23 years, Direk Paul is Toni's first boyfriend ever.

Wanting to keep the details about them private, Direk Paul explains that when he met her at a concert last October, he told himself that Toni's a different girl. And after getting to know more of her coupled with their prayers, he brought her to a special place where he asked her if she could be his girl. And of course, Toni said yes. Now, it's no secret that this charming couple is seen together in various tapings and shows, giving each other the gift of time as a sign of the depth and sincerity of their feelings.

Both quoted verses from the Bible as their vows for each other. To Paul, Toni says, “I thank God in every remembrance of you (Philippians 1:3).” In response, Paul makes a promise, “My heart is always with you no matter where you are (Colossians 2:5).” Who wouldn't be weak-kneed by those words? There's a line which goes “Lucky in career, unlucky in love.” However, the love story of these two serves as an inspiration to never lose faith when love seems to escape you, for God will bless you in all aspects in His own time.
