 Camera Cafe is a franchise comedy that started in France. Three Frenchmen help supervise the local version produced by Euro-Asia Media Group with Roselle Lorenzo as production manager, directed by Mark Meily. The show's unique format sees a single camera on top of a coffee vending machine and for four minutes, various characters working in an office talk in front of it about people they hate, office policies they love to break and other funny situations. The star-studded cast also includes Bearwin Meily as a union leader, Jojo Alejar as a stupid account executive, Christian Vasquez as an accountant who's a mama's boy, Jaime Fabregas as the company's boss, Noel Colet as head of the HR department, Arnold Reyes as the messenger, Tado as a balikbayan from the U. S. , Joy Viado as an on the job trainee, Sherilyn Reyes as a party girl, Kalila Aguilos as the company's VP, LJ Reyes as the receptionist, Patricia Ismael as a naive virgin desperate to have a boyfriend, and many more. The four minute show will air Monday to Friday at 10 a. m. , starting October 15, with replays at 1:45 p. m. and 8 p. m. It's a hit in Europe and a movie has been made based on it. |
