Focusing on New York City police officers in an Upper West Side precinct, "Fear" tells the story of a community meeting between law enforcement and local residents after a series of rapes in the neighborhood. The fear building in the community becomes contagious, and the officers begin to feel the effects of crimes.In "Blind Date," Detective Leonard Manzo visits a neighborhood brothel, surprisingly, to find a woman he can relate to on a personal level. There, he befriends Heaven, before the place is turned upside down by cops from another precinct. |
