Toni and Luis have amassed countless of fans thanks to their winning chemistry in programs ASAP '06 and Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Edition. Their smooth banter on screen was a big deciding factor for them to headline this project with scenes shot in Barcelona and Ibiza in Spain. Crazy for You brings to mind Asian telenovela favorites like Lovers in Paris and Only You, while making it uniquely Filipino, as the story touches on the lives of the country's unsung heroes, the Overseas Filipino Workers. With romance, comedy, drama and picturesque sights aplenty, Crazy for You introduces us to Janice (Toni Gonzaga), a young woman working as a day-hire maid in Barcelona to help out her family. One day Janice takes on the job cleaning for a Filipino student's apartment. She and her employer Wacky never meet, communicating only through notes posted around the house. She immediately assumed that Wacky, was another bratty, rich kid whose parents let him study in Europe. But the young man is not actually well-off but is sent by his working-class father who also used to be an OFW in Spain. And so the stage is set for a romantic comedy where two headstrong opposites fall in love despite themselves. A high-society party and a mistaken identity begin their baffling love story in style. Eric Salud and Lyan Suiza direct this must-see TV event, which starts with a worldwide premiere on September 11.
