Kevin, the son of the former owner, and Tiffany, the daughter of the current owner, team up to manage a hair salon/day spa, in this spinoff to "One on One."
Kevin Barnes manages Phatheadz, a Baltimore barber shop once owned by his father. When a hair-care mogul buys the shop, Kevin is forced to manage the place with the new owner's spoiled daughter, who has never held a job. Naturally, the two butt heads over the best way to run the business.
