Dexter's Laboratory (1996)

Your fate lies safely in the hands of Dexter, a 7-year-old genius who whips up dazzling, world-saving inventions in his secret bedroom laboratory (and laminates himself in a clever bid to avoid baths). Big sister Dee Dee frequently wrecks his experiments, but his bigger nemesis is Mandark, Dexter's brilliant rival at Huber Elementary School.
