Based on a premise virtually identical to "The Patty Duke Show," the series, set in Des Moines, Iowa, follows the comic adventures of Kate and Allison Foster, two pretty, identical teenage twin sisters who have nothing in common but their looks: Kate is devil-may-care, while Allison is sober and serious.
