Draw The Line

I am a conncerned citizen of Kaingin 1 Block 1 Baraggay Pansol Quezon City, I don't want to divulge my identity for my own security.. I have a senior citizen neighbor named Aling Pining Nepomuceno, she's sick and alone. I would say that she's vulnerable and someone who can't protect herself. I am wrting this letter because I have been noticing another neighbor of mine whose name is Raul Batac who kept on harassing the old lady. The old lady's basic human/civil rights have been violated several times within a day. Mr. Raul Batac has been uttering a lot of annoying statements against the old lady, telling her a lot of deregatory remarks, threatening to kill her or have her imprisoned for no reason at all. I am worried as a concerned citizen because anything could happen to the old lady and no one can protect her. Anytime soon, she could be phisically abused or might be killed. I hate to come across as a cpmplainer but I just really need to intervene by doing this. This everyday scenario of Mr. Batac is really unacceptable and it is very disruptive.It disturbs the otherwise peaceful athmosphere of our neighborhood. By the way, this is not the only time that Mr. Batac was being involved with this kind situation. He is being known as" persona non grata" in our neigborhood but this time I can't just close my eyes and let it go. At any rate, I hope that you'll see what you can do about this very annoying situation . I hope that you can help us to get speedy solution to this dilemma before it gets worse.

good day! i really admired your show..it made a lot of help. And i'm writing you now to also ask for help if there's a way you can. I'm on my 4th month of pregnancy now from my american ex bf. He left me a week before I found out i'm pregnant with the promise of coming back. But I also just then found out 3 days after he left that he will never come back that he had a wife in US and he only used me to survived here in the philippines during his stay. We lived in together for 2 mons and all those time he made us fool acting so good man where everyone including family and neighbors really believed him. He ask me to resign in my job for almost 10 yrs so I could go with him very soon in the US and to prepare for our wedding her before we left, so I gave up my job which the only source of me and my families source of living coz he promised to support my family in all their needs when i quit job. So now i'm pregnant and jobless and no contact from him since he left even my emails he never answered even I told him i was pregnant.
