The peace and balance in Encantadia rest on the power of four precious stones — the gemstones of water, earth, wind, and fire. Directed by Mark Reyes and Gil Tejada, Jr., Encantadia will bring viewers to a completely different world — a world of powerful fairies, brave warriors, lovable and mythical creatures, and ferocious fiends. This grand production showcases Filipino creativity and ingenuity at its best, from the set to the costumes, props, and the fantastic story itself. GMA’s brilliant production team painstakingly created the elaborate world of Encantadia, from the grand throne room and place of worship in Lireo to the dark and dismal domain of Hathoria. The costumes, makeup, and props are colorful and intricately designed. It will also be the first production to make use of animated puppets.
