I go to the gym every chance I get and I watch my diet. I avoid pork and fatty food; I eat only brown rice twice a day.

It's in your showmanship...in the way you dress and the way you move. With female singers, it helps to show a bit of flesh — you know, by wearing a gown with plunging neckline. Actually, even a tight-fitting gown that covers the whole body can be sexy depending on how the singer carries it and herself.
