Fanatxt is the biggest artista mobile subscription service giving Kapuso fans a chance to be closer to their favorite stars for one year now. It was launched August 31, 2003 and since then has signed up the biggest GMA stars. The first stars to sign up was Jolina Magdangal, followed shortly by the Sexbomb dancers. After the Starstruck final fourteen signed up with Fanatxt, more and more Kapuso stars followed suit, for it didn’t only give them the chance to update their fans daily about their activities and day to day stories, it also gave them the chance to “bond” with their fans in person. Many Fanatxt stars like Jolina, Karylle and Dingdong Dantes have already met their textmates face to face and gave them a unique insight on their artista life – giving them not just simple autographed pictures, but personal souvenirs as well. Fanatxt Night is shown every Monday on Txtube, which features Kapuso stars and brings them to a level where their fans can relate with them more intimately. It shows how they are behind the camera, their likes, dislikes and how they face their day-to-day activities as a TV star. |
