First Wave (1999)

Cade Foster is a man who discovers an alien conspiracy to invade Earth. To neutralize him, the aliens frame Cade for the murder of his wife. Now a fugitive from the law, Cade must find a way to expose the aliens' plan while on the run from the police, a mysterious government agent who is following him, and the aliens who are determined to silence him.
