Carlton Dial is the suave master agent of Intercept, a high-tech global recovery organization. Job-eliminated as a spy at the end of the Cold War, Dial seeks to make his fortune as an agent-for-hire, recovering some of the world's most unusual and high-tech items. Interacting with Dial at the Intercept office, via computer and virtual-reality technology, is cyber-wiz Harry Flack.
