Cathy and Dolores, two single mothers and social workers move in together to save money. Cathy has two girls, Julie, 9, and Nikki, 16, while Dolores has two boys, Darren, 14, and Marcus, 15. Together they struggle to integrate their very different backgrounds in a shared living space.
