Getting Personal (1998)

Sam (Jon Cryer, "Partners") and Milo (Duane Martin, "White Men Can't Jump") are two best friends who work at a Chicago commercial production agency. After Sam fixes up Milo on a blind date with an acquaintance named Robyn, it turns into a disaster. The disaster continues when the two suddenly discover that Robyn is hired as their new boss and all of their lives are never the same again.
