I have to say when i first got given the movie from a friend i looked at her and said do you really think i have time to watch 8 dvd 4 hours long?? she laughed and said to me youll regret what your saying, and you know what, its true, once i started i couldnt stop watching, ive been living in paris for 2 years and i have to say watching this beautiful story really made me feel at home as i am originally from Nz

Beautiful story, and beautiful characters, ive now finished watching gulong just finished kapalati yesterday, so i think its sabilamo next LOL these philipino movies ROCK

Was sceptical at first as subtitled movies frustrate me but my hat goes off to the makers of Gulong. I loved it and like other people have said to me "once you put in the first disc you'll be hooked" sooo true!!

I love the whole series, but after sitting down so many time's and watch it that's when i find, I feel a bit sad for Diego , and how he end up with his story line, cause when You look at it. He was nothing but very kind to Luisa giving her work , and also her brother Totoy, I would love it if the story was a little bit kinder to him and he's little sister, living in this world all alone, to My opinion this is just me , '''
don't bite my head off people, '' since Carding was so unfaithful to Luisa , with that Mimi girl.
and the movie end with no clearence of that part,
that's my only disappoined in the whole series,
cause to be honest, I feel that Cading 's love was always fail Luisa so many time, and drags her whole family in the whole of miseries,

If not her brother Totoy that pull the family out of it, thank God for that kind lady Dr in Mannila,

This movie roxs, i loved it, i got so addited to it that i stayed up all night to watch till morning. And you wouldnt believe how much i cried in this movie. I was so pissed of a that witch Mimi when she always try to win cardins heart.

I fink diz movie was alsom coz I alwayz rememba da frst tyme I watched diz movie,it was lotz of fingz dat I learn 4rom diz movie eg-Wen Luisa was having hard tyme an she decided 2 married bt wen da tyme of her weeding her mum wasnt there coz she ddnt want her daughter 2 married Cardin after she married Cardin therez a lot of proplem dat she fucus 2 but she ddnt giv up bcoz she knows da truth an she also ddnt want 2 break her promise with God.

..yes of course its a very challenging movie when putting urself in the shoes of al the characters..except for mimi...mann..it gives me anger..but the truth is how many mimis du we have...congratulation to the auther of the movie...i hope..that gives good seeds to all the heart of whoever watch it..bless u...

This movie is all about love, forgiveness, and care. I'm so in love with the movie. It just so wonderful.

This is an awesome movie, what I learnt from it was to forgive and love those who are poor or rich. This story is so similar to whats happening in our own culture.

And to Hamo Souljahs, I dont think you ever learnt any lessons there, first of all your bad mouth, bad attitude, remind me of Mimi in the movie.....have some respect.

Just want to say, I love this movie!!!
I don't last long watching movies, I usually fall asleep :( My husband still can't believe I stayed awake through the each part.

Loved all the characters

This movie gives us an important message that no matter what if you're poor or rich, were all equal and one peace. And it's all about forgiveness and love and care. It's a uplifting story of a rich boy falling in love with a beautifull girl from very poor family. They were terrific and a wonderful story. I loved it.

Well I think that all the cast were very terrific and incredible. I like how they act and performe, especially the characters of Luisa and Carding because they were the main character in the movie and even to all the other characters that were participates in the movie. I just love the Gulong Ng Palad.
