HI MY NAME IS MARCIANA SAN NICOLAS I BOUGHT COUPLE OF ITEMS FROM THE HOME SHOPPING CHANNEL IN THE PHILLIPINES. I DO NOT LEAVE IN THE PHILLIPINES. I WAS THERE ONLY FOR MEDICAL REASON. ANYWAYS I BOUGHT 2 ITEMS THEY ARE THE 9 MINUTE MARINATOR ON 6-5-09 AND THE NUWAVE OVEN ON 6-8-09 MY ADDRESS THERE WAS GARDEN HEIGHTS CONDOS 269 E. RODRIGUEZ AVE. E. RODRIGUZ AVENUE, QUEZON CITY,METRO-MANILA. I LEFT THE PHILLIPINES ON 6-12-09 BACK HOME TO GUAM. I WAS GOING TO USE THE ITEMS ON 6-21-09 BUT THE ITEMS DID NOT WORK. THE 9 MINUTE MARINATOR DOES NOT TURN THE CONTAINER AND THE NUWAVE OVEN DOES NOT TURN ON. SO HOW DO I RETURN IT OR REPLACE THE ITEMS I DON'T REALLY WANT A REFUND CAUSE I REALLY LIKE THE ITEMS IF I COULD RETURN THE ITEMS AND REPLACE IT WITH ANOTHER ONE. HOW DO I DO THAT. THANK YOU MARCIANA SAN NICOLAS MY TELMARKETER AGENT WAS BERNARD.
