Hard Time on Planet Earth (1989)

A series about a warrior from a distant galaxy who is sentenced to exile on Earth in humanoid form as punishment for his antisocial tendencies. He will be allowed to return to his planet only after his rehabilitation by doing good deeds among the Earthlings, whose customs and behavior patterns baffle him.
