Cops patrol the usually quiet suburban streets of El Camino, Calif., in this police drama co-created by Steven Spielberg. Members of the force include Marsh, a surly officer prone to using unnecessary force; Willitz, the unlucky rookie assigned to be Marsh's partner; family men Gayer and Hagar; ambitious Joyner; and Rhoades, a new arrival from South Central Los Angeles.
