History Bites (1998)

Comedy series based on history. The program looks at factual historic events as they might have been presented had television existed in ancient times. Some of the topics covered are: Gutenberg inventing the printing press and then losing ownership to his financier in Germany in 1455 AD; Joan of Arc leading the French Army at the Siege of Orleans in France in 1430 AD; and the Viking invasion of England in 990 AD.
