I Was a Sixth Grade Alien (1999)

Children's series based on the book series by Bruce Coville about an alien boy named Pleskit, who finds himself in a most unusual place -- the sixth grade. This purple-faced alien must make his way through the social labyrinth of middle school while relying on fellow classmate Tim, a sci-fi aficionado.
