i must admit that i'm not really that knowledgeable about things like these so i can say that i don't know how i can protect or defend our own interest. it's about this issue: we bought a motorcycle on installment basis. 3 years to pay. we're now on our one-year-and-a-half. due to some unavoidabel financial crisis we failed to pay our monthly due on time--three days going to the next monthly due. the collector along with two others went to my house to pull out the motorcycle...it looks like they are really ready to take it back even without taking into the consideration why we were missed to pay for one month. this is the only time that it happened, we have already spent a big part of our earnings for it then they'd just take it back without giving us any time to settle that eventhough it's not even 2 months yet. based on my understanding at the time that they were reading to us the contract before, they will be forced to take back the motorcycle if we're not able to pay 2 monthly dues. i am aware that some media people do not really agree with people riding on motorcycle especially as means of transportation however on us who are not only fond it but also find it as a cheaper means of transportation would really save some part of our hard-earned salary for that. let me just not miss this chance as well to say that not all vehicular accidents are caused by motorcycle riders and not all motorcycle riders are criminals. anyway, going back...my question is: is it legal and proper that companies like them do not issue a copy of the contract to their customers? Sa opisina pa lang nila ay humigit-kumulang P500,000 and budget nila sa
Maintenance and Operating Expenses (Rental, Utilities, Supplies at
Domestic Travels) at P500,000 para sa Staff at Personal expenses. Kaya para
makatipid ang ibang Senador, kaunti lang ang staff na kinukuha nila. Nagtataka ka
pa kung bakit mayroong mga Ghost Employee?

Bukod diyan, may P760,000 allowance pa sila kada buwan para naman sa
Foreign Travel. At ang masakit pa nito, hindi na kailngan i-liquidate ang mga
resibo ng mga gastusin 'yan kundi Certification lang ang Requirement.

Heto pa, lahat sila ay Chairman ng mg Komite sa Senado. Ang Committee
Chairman ay tumatanggap din ng budget na sinlaki ng tinatanggap ng mga
Senador na humigit-kumulang P1 Milyon din! Hindi sila mawawalan ng
Komite dahil 24 lang ang ating mga Senador at 37 naman ang Committee sa Senado. There's food for everybody 'ika nga! Lumalabas na doble ang kanilang
benepesiyo at kita kapag sila ay nabiyayaan ng Committee Chairmanship.

Sa P200 milyon na Budget para sa Pork Barrel ng mga Senador bawat taon,
awtomatikong may 10% na S.O.P. o kita ng Senador na P20 milyon. Ito ang
porsiyento na ibinibigay ng mga kontratista sa mga Senador na nagbibigay
sa kanila ng mga Infrastructure at Livelihood Project.

Bago matapos ang termino ng isang Senador, kumita na siya ng P100 milyon
sa Pork Barrel pa lang. Yung ibang Senador mas gahaman, hindi lang 10%
kundi 20-30% ang komisyon hinihingi sa mga kontratista.

Pansinin niyo na lang ang pagbabago ng buhay ng ilan sa ating mga
Senadorsimula nang manungkulan sa puwesto. Kung dati ay simple lang ang
kanilang pamumuhay ngayon ay nakatira na sila sa mga eksklusibong subdivision,
maraming bahay sa Pilipinas at abroad at mahigit lima ang sasakyan.

Ngayon nagtataka ka pa ba kung bakit gumagastos ng daan-daang milyong
piso ang mga Senador sa kampanya para sa isang posisyon na P35,000 lang ang
suweldo kada buwan? Bawing-bawi pala ang gastos kapag naupo na!

Good day po and congratulations sa npkagandang tv program niyo. Gusto ko lang po iparating sa inyo ang aking karanasan sa Cebu Pacific Airlines. Last Wednesday Feb. 18, 2009 Cebu Pacific company posted an advertisment on their website and all major/leading newspaper about their promo that runs from Feb. 18 - 24, 2009 and travel time will be on May 1 to december 31, 2009. Since, gusto kong makauwi by August sa province together with my child, mother & sister & decided to book for us for August travel. So around 4:20pm on Feb. 19, 2009 i called their booking hotline at 7020888 for booking of four persons going to Tuguegarao on August 20-25, 2009. The agent gave me the flight number, schedule and roundtrip fare for four persons and right after that he asked me the credit card number, expiration date and some details to evalaute the status of the credit card. The agent told me that i will received a confirmation of my booking within 24 hrs if the credit card has a good standing status. I waited for the confirmation or shall i say an email from cebu pacific until April 23, 2009 but unfortunately i havent received any emails or anything from them so i concluded that it was denied. I tried to call them for a verification last Feb 20 to 23 am but unfortunately i can't reach anyone of them so i decided to purchase a ticket by using their online booking and using another credit card. After a minute, i successfully purchased a ticket online and within a seconds an email came to my inbox regarding my confirmation number aside from the confirmation number or itinerary of travel that was displayed on their website right after purchasing our ticket. In short, i was so happy that i availed their promo but a day after or right this morning, i called the two (2) credit card hotline to check the status if there's a transaction entered last Feb 19 and 23, 2009. Sad to say Sir, my booking on Feb. 19 and 23 ay nacredit so in other words double booking / double charging. I called their booking hotline but according to them it can't be refundable. Napakagahaman nila sir. Pls. help me sir investigate this kind of scam their during. Kawawa nman po yung mga iba pa nilang mabiktima. Thank you and more power.

Gud day po, gusto ko lang idulog at sana magawan nyo ng paraang ang problema namin dito sa street namin. Meron po dito na illegal business na talyer or mechanic shop right in the residence area, marami na nagrereklamo pero wala pa rin nangyayari, maingay usually around the time hapon pag natutulog mga bata, pollution galing sa mga ginagawang sasakyan, and also so many times marami na nagalit dahil ang mga nagpapagawa ng sasakyan, ang ginagawa ng mayari ay pinapalitan ng lumang gamit ung mga sasakyan at kinukuha nila ung original from them, minsan di na makapasok ung garbage truck sa dami ng nakaparadang sasakyan sa maliit na street.i hope you will get to feature this and do something i think i never seen anything like this before.

Gusto ko po sanang idulog sa inyo ang isang mistulang 'big time extortion' na ginawa ng ilang empleyado ng

MERALCO sa amin.

Nagsimula po ito noong October 2008 nang magsagawa ng inspection ang ilan nilang mga tauhan sa lugar namin.

Nagkataon po na ang nakatira lang sa bahay namin noong mga panahong iyon ay ang nanay ko, 2 kapatid na babae

at isang pamangkin na batang babae lamang. Pero ng magsagawa sila ng inspection, tanging ang nanay at

pamangkin ko lamang ang nasa bahay.

Apparently ay may nakitang 'two-line jumper' ang mga inspector sa isang katabing bahay namin. Kapagdaka'y

pumunta sa bahay namin iyong isang inspector. Ikinagulat po ito ng nanay ko dahil unang-una ay hindi naman

niya alam ang nangyayari dun sa ibaba dahil nasa itaas po ang bahay namin. Bigla daw pong pumasok itong

inspector na ito na nang tanungin ng nanay ko kung sino siya at kung ano iyon... sinabi lang daw niya na

taga-Meralco siya at inspeksyon lang daw.

Ikinagulat man ng nanay ko, hinayaan na lamang niya ang inspektor dahil kumpiyansa naman ang nanay ko na wala

kaming masamang ginagawa hanggang sa umalis ang inspektor na wala naman siyang nakitang kahit anong

iregularidad sa bahay ng namin.

Kayat labis na ikinagulat ng nanay ko nang bumaba siya at makita na tila kukumpiskahin ng mga inspector ang

aming metro at nang kanyang tanungin kung bakit nila gagawin iyon ang naging tugon daw ng inspector ay 'Nay,

makipag-ayos na lang po kayo sa akin!'

Natural hindi ito naging maganda sa pandinig ng nanay ko dahil pinalalabas ng inspector na may ginawa kaming

mali. Nagkaron ng pagtatalo at nakarating ang usapan sa aming baranggay kung saan parehong pinakinggan ng

aming punong-baranggay ang magkabilang panig.

Dito ipinaliwanang ng inspector na may nakita silang tinawag nilang 'two-line jumper' sa aming kapitbahay.

Naka-tapped daw ito sa labas papasok don sa loob ng bahay kung saan nila ito nakita. Dumaan sa kisame ng

unang palapag papunta sa may bandang dingding. At dahil kami po ang nasa kabila ng dingding, ipinagpalagay po

ng inspektor na iyon ay sa amin.

Gumawa siya ng kanyang report at pinanindigan ang nakita niyang iyon. Na kami daw ay nagkaroon ng 'Violation

of Contract'.

Hindi po namin matanggap ang kanilang naging basehan kung kayat nagkaron ng pagtatalo. Hanggang sa

nagmungkahi ako na kung maari ay tumawag sila ng isang nakataaas sa kanila upang ipasiyasat sa kanila iyong

ginawang report ng inspektor.

May dumating naman po na taga-Investigation Division at Para-Legal Office ng Meralco. Wala na noon ang mga

inspektor ngunit ipinatawag sila upang sila mismo ang magpaliwanag ng kanilang report.

Itinuro ng inspector kung saan nila nakita iyong iligal na linya at ipinaliwanag niya kung paano siya

nakarating sa konklusyon na kami ang nakikinabang dito.

Ang labis naming ipinagtataka ay ang ipinagpipilitan niyang dahil lamang nakita niya na ang mga kawad ay

papunta sa direksyon ng aming bahay ay 'guilty' na kami sa kasong 'illegal connection'.

Nang tanungin ko siya kung nagawa ba niyang pumanhik don sa itaas ng bahay na iyon upang tingnan kung

konektado pa din don ang kawad na itinuturo niya, kitang-kita namin iyong pagkabigla niya at ang tanging

naisagot lang niya ay 'hindi ko alam na may itaas pa pala'.

Sa harap ng kanilang dalawang opisyal at ng aming punong baranggay, muli ko siyang tinanong kung posible bang

iyong kawad na iyon ay papunta sa itaas at hindi pa-diretso, ang naging tugon naman niya ay 'ewan ko. basta

dito ko nakita iyong kawad'.

Sa puntong iyon, kusa naming inalok na aming gigibain iyong dingding ng bahay upang makita nila kung may

kahit na maliit na butas na pwedeng pasukan ang mga kawad na sinasabi nila papunta sa aming bahay. Pero

sinabi ng kanilang opisyal na hindi na kailangan at nakita na nila ang dapat nilang makita. Nangako sila sa

aming punong baranggay na magbibigay sila ng kanilang 'final report' kinabukasan at nagpaalam na.

Nagdaan ang mahigit isang buwan at wala na kaming narinig pa mula sa kanila. Subalit bago mag-pasko ng

nakaraan taon ay may dumating na isang sulat or 'Demand Letter' sa amin na nagsasabi na kami daw ay kailangan

magbayad ng 'Surcharge' sa halagang Php602.90 dahil kami daw ay may 'Violation of Contract'. At kung hindi

ay kukumpiskahin na nila ang aming metro.

Sinubukan ko itong i-klaro sa Meralco Pasay Branch at nakausap ko naman iyong mismong taong gumawa at

nagpalabas ng 'demand letter' na iyon. Pinipilit kong ipaliwanag iyong aming sitwasyon ngunit hindi daw doon

ang tamang lugar ng mga reklamo dahil 'implementation' lamang sila. Itinuro niya ako na pumunta sa Main

Office sa Pasig dahil ang Pasig daw ang nagpalabas ng utos.

Agad din akong nagpunta sa kanilang opisina at itinuro ako sa kanilang Para-Legal Office. Dito, sinabi naman

sa akin ng isang abogado doon na ang mga ganitong isyu daw ay dapat sa branch office pa din at hindi sa

kanila. Muli niya akong pinabalik sa Pasay Branch at sinabihan na kausapin iyong taong pwedeng mag-desisyon

dito.

Pagbalik ko sa Pasay Branch, hindi ako hinarap ng taong dapat kausapin pero nagbigay siya ng instruction sa

isang naroon na kung sakali darating ako ay mag-file daw ako ng formal complaint at request for

re-investigation. Ipina-hold na rin muna nila ang pagkumpiska ng aming metro habang isinasagawa ito.

Nag-file ako ng akong formal complaint noong January 16, 2009. Naghintay kami na ipatawag or may pupunta sa

aming lugar upang magtanong-tanong or mag-occular inspection base sa ipinasang report ng kanilang inspector.

Sa kasamaang-palad, dumaan ang mga araw na wala man lang tumawag or nagpunta sa aming lugar hanggang sa may

dumating sa aming sulat (dated February 9, 2009 but received February 13, 2009) galing sa Meralco Pasay

Branch Office Head na naglalaman ng resulta ng kanilang ginawang 're-investigation' at 're-evaluation' ng

aming isinampang reklamo. Dito kanilang pinangangatawanan ang ginawang report ng kanilang inspector at kami

ay pinagbabayad ng halagang Php237,670.80.

Labis na pagkadismaya, panlulumo, inis at galit ang aking nararamdaman. Hindi ko lubos na maisip kung paanong

imbestigasyon ang kanilang ginawa. Ang mga sinasabi nilang kawad ay hindi sa aming bahay nakita. Wala silang

nakita kahit na anino man lang ng mga kawad na iyon kahit ng pumanhik ang kanilang inspektor sa aming bahay.

Batid ko ang bigat ng kasong 'illegal connection' kung kayat amin itong ipinaglalaban. Hindi bat marapat lang

kumprontahin tungkol sa posibleng pupuntahan ng mga sinasabi niyang kawad?

Dito sa ipinadalang sulat ay may binanggit silang kuha ng mga litrato ng kanilang mga ebidensya. Bakit ayaw

nilang ipakita sa amin iyong mga kuhang iyon upang i-confirmed kung ang mga kuhang iyon ay sa aming bahay nga

bahay kung saan nila nakita ang ilegal na koneksyon ay wala silang ginawang aksyon. At ang masaklap, hindi

nila binigyan ng importansya o sinilip man lang na iyong bahay na iyon ay walang maipapakitang metro pero may

mga gamit sa loob ng kanilang tatlong palapag na bahay.

Ngayon po ay nagbabanta na naman sila na kukumpiskahin na ang aming metro kung hindi namin mababayaran ang

halagang hinihingi nila.

Sana po ay matulungan niyo ako na mailabas ito at muling ma-imbestigahan upang makita kung sino ang mga

nagkasala at dapat maparusahan. Gayundin upang mabigyan ng leksiyon o aral ang mga inspector na hindi pwedeng

'pressumption' ang kanilang maging basehan sa kanilang mga gagawing aksyon or report dahil napaka-seryoso ng

kasong 'illegal connection'.

My advice to you is that you make all the expenses to reach here in United Kingdom except your flight ticket because I am going to purchase your ticket once your visa have been processed by the traveling agency, and i shall be responsible for refund for every expenses made by you immediately you get here because why i said so is that i have paid for 2 Nannies in the past months then they did not come to my home but disappeared into the thin air that is why i vowed that any Nanny that i will employ shall make all expenses by himself/herself just for me to be sure that you will not do like the past Nannies and you are ready to work with my family here in UK because i don't want someone who don't care about kids because i cherish my kids alot.

nitong pong mga nakaraang araw marami ng nabibiktima ang mga holdaper sa may welcome rotonda sa quezon city. karamihan sa mga biktima ay mga empleyado ng PLDT sa may sampaloc manila. ang isang sa mga biktima ay nasaksak pa at ngaun ay under observation sa UDMC hospital. ang sabi ng mga police doon ay hindi na daw sakop ng qc police ang lugar na pinangyarihan dahil manila na iyon ngunit ang pinangyarihan kung saan nasaksak ang isang biktima ay tanaw pa ng mga mata kung titignan.kahit po hindi nila sakop ang lugar pero kung kaligtasan naman ng tao ang paguusapan sana ay hindi na cla magturuan.sana ay nahuli ang mga holdaper kung cla ay tumulong.ngunit sa sinabi nila ang manila police daw dapat ang tumugis sa mga holdaper. tama ba un?ilang buhay pa ang kailangan manganib at mawala para bigyan ito ng aksyon?umaasa po ako na mabibigyan ng pansin ito upang mabigyan ng proteksyon ang mga tao doon. maraming salamat at umaasa po kami sa inyong aksyon
