On behalf of all OFW's here in South Korea, I would like to asks for your assistance regarding our National Pension Service benefits that we get from our jobs here.
Presently as per standard labor of South Korea, they are deducting a certain amount of money from our salary on a monthly basis. SInce the time she came back to Philippines this month of Sept 2008. she had only one meeting with the complainant;s lawyer. It was some time last week. From Subic - she ans my daughter had met with Mr. Topacio in Manila. Imagine the travelling distance and travelling with a 2 yr old grandchild. They are only taking public transportation. Yesterday 25th Sept 2008, My monther went back to Manila, to again meet with Mr. Topacio, but this time without anybody accompanying my mother. My daughter was left with the house maid. Pls understand my daughter's situation. She is only 2 years old, she dont really know the housemaid since she met her 2-3 weeks ago only. She doesnt go with anyone except my monther & my brother. This 2nd meeting with Mr. Topacio, my mother un-accompanied by anyone. When she met the lawyer, arresting police officers are there already. And they took my mother to Camp Crame.
