i applied for a 3 mbps na internet woth 10k per month sa kanila...and that is until 15 units,,,

my problem is,,,,kapag sa test nila eh ang bilis ng internet,,samatalang napakabagal talaga although 8 units palang ung nakaopen namin eh talagang sobrang bagal at lalo na sa day time
totally walang internet...

worthy ba and pagbabayad ng 10k a month? bukod sa di na kumikitra internet shop ko or lugi rather, eh puro bad feedback pa kami sa customer,,,,ito na nga lang talaga ang inaasahan kong negosyo, ganito pa pu ung nangyari,,,

basically po, naglalaro po kami ng CABAL (isa sa mga produkto nila) nagbayad po kaming ng premium service nila para makalaro ng maayos ang kaso lang po inakusahan po kaming nandaraya o sa terms nila skill/speedhack. Lagi po nilang sinasabi na nakita daw nila po sa logs ng server nila na nandaraya kami pero ayaw po naman nila ipakita ang katibayan. Humingi muna daw kami ng court order para mapakita daw un sa amin.

Kahit anu pong eksplika namin sa kanila at pagkalkal sa iba't ibang impormasyon ukol dito ayaw pa rin nilang maniwala. Kahit kitang kita na po na may pagkakamali sila.
