i had received an email and text msg from HOMEWATCH CAREGIVER HOSPICE, when am trying to call them sa office number na bnigay nla (02-5171047 or 02-5171048) are not already in service but wen i called on their mobile fone (09162411746) someone answeredand they answer my queries regarding the application. i was quite skeptical when i ask about the salary which is 30 EUro per hour when converted to peso is P80/1euro.

They also provided another number 09165472186...they said their office is in Cityland Towers in Makati...i was duped by them...i really thought they're for real because i saw their add at jobstreet and they even have a website and it looks clean...

If you remember the accident in Pacita, Last May 13, 2008 at 12:00 midnight along South Luzon Expressway, some of the victims here brought in FAMILY CARE HOSPITAL for an immediate medications. It so happens that one of the victims here is my co-workers, when the accident happen she texted me and asking for my help. So, I went to the said hospital. When I get there I found out that the attending physicians, nurses and hospitals staffs didn't want the patients to undrgo XRAY unless they pay the XRAY fees. Before they attend the patients the hospital staffs told them "KAILANGAN PO KAYONG E-XRAY MAY PAMBAYAD PO BA KAYO? KASI KAILANGAN MAGBAYAD MUNA KAYO BAGO KAYO MA-XRAY". There are 15 patients brought in this hospital and all of them complaining that the hospital staffs, including the doctors and nurses didn't entertain them well. They also told me that the one who died in the accident is not "DEAD ON ARRIVAL". Some says that if the doctors do their duties including the staffs it will not happen. They said that "DAPAT PO KINABITAN NILA NG OXYGEN AT KINARJACK ARREST NILA YUNG MAMA KASI HUMIHINGA PA YUN NUNG UMALIS KAMI SA ACCIDENT SITE, E MALAPIT LANG NAMAN PO, SAKA KUNG NALAGUTAN SYA NG HININGA HABANG DINADALA KAMI SA HOSPITAL, MAREREVIVE PA NAMAN YUN DAHIL MALAPIT LANG YUNG HOSPITAL. I understand that business is business but what we are talking here is between LIFE and DEATH. And as far as I know the act of the hospital is unlawful. Before I send you this complain I read and reviewed the Republic Act 8344 quoted as " AN ACT PENALIZING THE REFUSAL OF HOSPITALS AND MEDICAL CLINICS TO ADMINISTER APPROPRIATE INITIAL MEDICAL TREATMENT AND SUPPORT IN EMERGENCY OR SERIOUS CASES, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE BATAS PAMBANSA BILANG 702, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS "AN ACT PROHIBITING THE DEMAND OF DEPOSITS OR ADVANCE PAYMENTS FOR THE CONFINEMENT OR TREATMENT OF PATIENTS IN HOSPITALS AND MEDICAL CLINICS IN CERTAIN CASES". As per checking there are several complain! s against this hospital. I am calling the attention of your program to prevent the unlawful act of this hospital.

I understand that business is business but what we are talking here is between LIFE and DEATH. And as far as I know the act of the hospital is unlawful. Before I send you this complain I read and reviewed the Republic Act 8344 quoted as " AN ACT PENALIZING THE REFUSAL OF HOSPITALS AND MEDICAL CLINICS TO ADMINISTER APPROPRIATE INITIAL MEDICAL TREATMENT AND SUPPORT IN EMERGENCY OR SERIOUS CASES, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE BATAS PAMBANSA BILANG 702, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS "AN ACT PROHIBITING THE DEMAND OF DEPOSITS OR ADVANCE PAYMENTS FOR THE CONFINEMENT OR TREATMENT OF PATIENTS IN HOSPITALS AND MEDICAL CLINICS IN CERTAIN CASES". As per checking there are several complain! s against this hospital. I am calling the attention of your program to prevent the unlawful act of this hospital.

After we have received your documents (max. of 2 weeks after mailing the documents), we will start processing your work permit (max. of 4 weeks processing

After the approval of your work permit, we will start processing your

Schedule for Pre- departure orientation seminar (PDOS), interview in the embassy for visa stamping, & securing of pre-paid ticket advice

mabuhay po kayo sir MIKE... minsan po nag bakasyon po ako sa aming lugar sa pampanga, isang araw po sinamahan po ako nang barkada ko na gumimick.. yun po napunta kami sa isang lugar sa san fernando along mac arthur hway. po yun and ang pangalan po nang isang inuman doon ay BLUEWINE na sa second floor po at luma na.. kung papasok po kayo sa loob may sumasayaw na hubad ,may mga cubicle din na kung tawagin ay VIP room, minsan po dun nila ang ginagawa nilang kawalanghiyaan.. ang talagang problema po doon ay mga bata pa yung iba at ang ang dinig ko may mga pulis pa sa loob na mga kasamahan pa nila . di nyo po naitatanong ilan beses po ako pumunta doon para gumimick at sa nakita ko parang hindi tama ata ang ginagawa nila.. MR. MIKE E. kung ang detalye ko po ay kulang pwede po kayong mag manman doon at magespiya doon para malaman nyo na nagsasabi po ako ng totoo.. Hi Sir mike.I'm from Cebu...muntik na akong maloko yan Rosedale Calgary Hospital Consultancy.mabuti na lng nag check ako sa google search engine and was able to find this website.Thanks God! naligtas 3k at airfare ko papunta dyan sa manila.hindi sila registered ng POEA at Securities and Exchange commission. kuya mike pls help us sana madakip na ang taong itong na patuloy nanloloko at sana din ma trace na ang taong may ari ng BDO account.kawawa naman sa mga taong mabiktima nla na taga ibang probinsya at sayang sa pera na pamasahe makapunta lng dyan sa manila at mag attend ng kanilang sinasabi "british english training"(FAKE) na hindi naman pala totoo.kuya mike sana po madakip na ang taong ito na hanggang ngayon ay patuloy na nanloloko...i want this person put to jail talaga!
