gud afternoon, i just want to say that isa po ako sa mga bikitma ng rosedale hospice scam and i received the same texts and emails as the other victims. please sana maaksyonan na po ito andami na po nilang naloko, this is a serious matter. sana matulungan po kaming ma trace ang mga taong ito, they are constantly changing numbers. sana po ma trace kung sino may ari nitong mga accounts na to sa Banco de oro. marami na po kaming nagblogs dito so i think this would be enough to feature this scam on Imbestigador na sa tingin po namin ay malaki ang maitutulong para mahuli ang mga scammers na to. at ng maturuan ng leksyon. babasagin ko mukha nila oras na mahuli sila. magmumumog sila ng dugo....hmmmmmmp.

Laging ngtitrip ang supply ng kuryente sa gabi dahil sa dami ng mga residente na gumagamit ng kuryente at ang kinakatakot nmin ay ung mga appliances nmin gaya ng ref,comuter ay masisira kz indi gumagana ...

Ang mga bahay po d2 ay naaquire nmin thru PAG IBIG Fund , nung inaward ung bahay ay napilitan kming tanggapin ung unit , kahit nka SUBMETER lng ang kuryente at gusto na nming makalipat at umaasang aayusin ng Tahanang Yaman Developer ang supply ng kuryente ...
Pero sa case ko po na nkalipat po ako September 27,2007 but until now May 2008 nka SUBMETER pdin ang connection ng kuryente ...Infact kmi pa ang bumili ng WIRE para mkabit na sa unit nmin at mnkaroon na ng ilaw ...
Dapat kasama ung MERALCO connection sa terms na inapply sa PAG IBIG ... pero dahil mgmomonthly sa sa PAG IBIG after maloan "Take OUT" en para makalipat na ,napilitan kaming bumili ng wire para mkapg "MOVE IN"...

Ang masakit pa ay ang laki ng binabayaran nming pgdating sa billing ...
Mas mahal pa kamo sa MERALCO ... biruin nyo po last March 2008 ang per kilowatt charge ng tahanan ay P16.20 plus my sinasabing "SYSTEM LOSS" na ang laki ...
Although indi nmin binabayaran ang sytem

Sa unang tingin po mapapansin nyo na ang mga naka display na dvd and vcd ay puro original pero once na magtanong ka sa kanila kung ano pa ang mga dvd nila, ilalabas nila ang mga pwede mo pagpilian at ayun....pirated ang kanilang pinapahiram sa mga tao. Php 20.00 po ang renta.

and they said that they do not recruit outside of Canada.
Buti na lng cautious ako kasi may scm din akong natanggap for UK naman and taga nigeria ung scammer.

Gusto ko na po kasing ifinalize as formal complaint para naman po may laban kami at mapilitan siyang umaksiyon sa ginawa niyang problema. Lumapit na din po kami sa DFA pero wala din po silang magawa dahil expired na po kasi ang VISA ng aking Ama at kelangan daw na ang amo nito ang mag pa renew pero ang problema po d po nag papakita ang amo ng aking Ama. 2yrs lang po kasi dapar ang contract nya na renew lang po sya at ngayon po 4yrs na po sya dun at 1yr mahigit na po sya di sumasahod ng tama, ngayon po wala na po talaga sya sinasahod. Namatay at nalibing na lang po ang Lolo ko na kanyang ama pero d pa din sya nakauwi.

Yes scam nga po and sad to say I'm one of their victims... Nakapagbayad na ko bago ko pa nakita d2 sa website ung tungkol sa panloloko nila... Nag email ako sa rosedale_hospice@yahoo.com right after na makita ko ung ad sa Mla. Bulletin last April 13, 2008. Then nag text and email cla ng April 22 informing me na I'm one of the selected applicants etc... Then nagbayad ako ng "training fee na 3,000.00" sa BDO dahil nga sa April 26-27 na yung "training daw" tpos friday night at around 11:30pm nag text na "due to insufficient number of enrollees training is re-sched on May 3-4". Tapos madaling araw ng May 3, at 1:21 am nag text ulit na "due to insufficient number of enrollees training is re-sched on May 12-13". I was trying to call but their numbers were always busy...SAYANG ANG PERA LALO NA SA MGA NANG HIRAM PARA LANG PANTUSTOS D2, AT SA MGA TULAD KO NA NANGANGARAP MAKAPAGTRABAHO SA LABAS AT MAKATULONG PERO LESSON NA DIN I2 PARA MAGTANDA NA MAG INGAT SA PAGBIBIGAY NG PERA AT HUWAG BASTA2 SA PAGBABAYAD. SANA MAKUHA PA NAMIN YUNG PERA NA NAIBAYAD NAMIN...SANA LANG...

WE HAVE ALSO MET AN APPLICANT WHO WENT TO THE LOCATION TO ENSURE THAT THE COMPANY EXISTS WHICH THEY DO NOT.
