Aside from NBI you should castigate the Remittance companies he used for allowing Wilfredo Isaac to use aliases, they are supposed to validate their identities thru presentation of valid IDs. LBC, Gcash, Smartmoney and other remittance companies are in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Law for their failure to properly establish the identities of Wilfredo Isaac and/or his cohorts. But its not too late you should compel this remittance companies to set an entrapment operation before he can get your hard earned money. Sad to say that I'm also one of the victim of the Genesis Medical Center Scam. I already paid 3thou thru LBC last October 8. I went to their said office in PBCom Tower in Makati for the scheduled training today. I was surprised when I found out that there's no company under the name of Genesis in PBCom. I even meet the other victims of the scam. We went to NBI today to file a case against Wilfredo Isaac Jr. a.k.a. Dr. Jason Romero, a,k.a. Christian Romero Lister. Im encouraging all the victims to come out and complain about this scam. Please come to Anti-Human Trafficing Division in NBI Taft Office on Monday morning, October 19. We will be there for the investigation. Let us join forces to get justice. If we victims will not come out and complain about this, others will be victimized also.

Todo research nyo muna yung name, if govt (SEC or POEA) registered, kung matagal na ito in operation at puntahan ang office. Sana nga maimbestigahan kung sino ang may-ari ng landline na ginagamit. Imbestigador should make a follow up feature of this case which was already featured last August 2008 because Wilfredo Isaac continue to victimize our nurses and caregivers. Try to follow all the complaints in this blog and its basically the same modus operandi with different hospital/company and individual names. If you will notice, the scam suddenly stopped after the arrest of Wilfredo Isaac last May 2009 but resumed sometime in August 2009 after he posted bail.Its better if all nurses and caregivers who were victimized bonded together and make proper representation with authorities. Patanggalan nyo na din license si Isaac dahil registered nurse eto.

As a follow up to my previous posting, the case of Wilfredo Isaac was already featured in Imbestigador sometime last year of August 2008. All victims of these scam, who are mostly nurses and caregivers should do something so that authorities would know Wilfredo Isaac (who is on bail after his arrest last May 2009)is again victimizing the public using aliases. You should file complaints with NTC and Bangko Sentral (addressed to BSP Governor Amado Tetangco) against Gcash and Smartmoney on why they are allowing Wilfredo Isaac to use aliases in opening accounts with them which is prohibited by law. Yung P3,000.00 training fees if you add up coming from his victims at tuloy tuloy na scam for years would already total millions of pesos. Look at the modus operandi, they are all the same because there's only one man behind these scheme and its Wilfredo Isaac.

Sending of resume thru email for Pre-qualification (done)
Once selected, you will receive an e-mail message from us telling you that you are selected for the position & we will ask you to prepare the necessary requirements listed below (done)
After we reserve a work slot for you, we will send an e-mail message requiring you to attend a 2-day British English Training which is a requirement by the employer (done)
After receiving our e-mail message, you can call us for inquiries or pay anytime the British English Training fee at our accredited payment centers (first step)
Attend the 2-day British English Training (October 17 & 18, 2009 9am-5pm), get the required certificate, orientation with the employer (October 17, 2009 9am-10am) & signing of employment contract (October 18, 2009 4pm-5pm)
After finishing the 2 day British English Training, receiving the required certificate, orientation with the employer & signing of employment contract, you can now submit the necessary requirements
While the documents are still on process you have to get an endorsement letter for medical examination (your choice of clinic/hospital as long as it is accredited by DOH, POEA & MARINA)
After we have received your documents (max. of 2 weeks after mailing the documents), we will start processing your work permit (max. of 4 weeks processing
After the approval of your work permit, we will start processing your working visa (max. of 4 weeks processing)
After the approval of your working visa, schedule for Pre- departure orientation seminar (PDOS), interview in the embassy for visa stamping & securing of pre-paid ticket advice
Deployment Date (maximum of 3 months if requirements are submitted on October 17 or 18, 2009)
British English Training fee is 3,000.00 (Philippine Peso), 100% refundable (no deductions) if not satisfied with the employment package. Refunds are process at our office after the orientation on October 17, 2009. Employment package will be discuss during the orientation. NO OTHER HIDDEN CHARGES.

We offer FREE FOOD & ACCOMMODATION for those selected applicants coming from the province. We reimburse transportation expenses just present to us the OFFICIAL RECEIPTS/TRAVEL TICKETS of your travel expenses.
As a company policy, all payments should be made at any LBC/ Banco De Oro / RCBC BANK. If you are from the province & there's no LBC / Banco De Oro / RCBC BANK in your place, please don't hesitate to call or text us for instructions.
