Aside from NBI you should castigate the Remittance companies he used for allowing Wilfredo Isaac to use aliases, they are supposed to validate their identities thru presentation of valid IDs. LBC, Gcash, Smartmoney and other remittance companies are in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Law for their failure to properly establish the identities of Wilfredo Isaac and/or his cohorts. But its not too late you should compel this remittance companies to set an entrapment operation before he can get your hard earned money. Sad to say that I'm also one of the victim of the Genesis Medical Center Scam. I already paid 3thou thru LBC last October 8. I went to their said office in PBCom Tower in Makati for the scheduled training today. I was surprised when I found out that there's no company under the name of Genesis in PBCom. I even meet the other victims of the scam. We went to NBI today to file a case against Wilfredo Isaac Jr. a.k.a. Dr. Jason Romero, a,k.a. Christian Romero Lister. Im encouraging all the victims to come out and complain about this scam. Please come to Anti-Human Trafficing Division in NBI Taft Office on Monday morning, October 19. We will be there for the investigation. Let us join forces to get justice. If we victims will not come out and complain about this, others will be victimized also.

Kasi ganito po ang nangyari. nga po pala EX-OFW po ako. ok bumili po ako ng motor dito sa dau noong 2004, nasa akin pa po ung mga resibo na nag dedescribe sa motor ko ung kulay and engine number etc. naparehistro ko po ulit un noong 2005, 2006 at yun pong huli 2007. yun pong rehistro nya noong 2005 at 2006 parehas po iyon walang nakaindicate na color doon sa O.R. then yun pong sa 2007 meron na po na nakalagay na color red. hindi ko po kaagad napansin yun kasi po basta binigay ko na lang po iyon sa insurance company sa labas ng LTO at sila na daw po ang bahala mag ayos (Jeanette insurance). sila po ang huling nagrehistro ng motor ko. ngayon po kauuwi ko lang nung october 2008. at naisipan ko na ipa ayos ulit ang motor ko dahil simula po noong umalis ako noong june 2007 hanggang sa bumalik ako d2 sa pinas noong oct. 2008 eh nakatambak lang po sa garahe ung motor ko so stuck up na po. pina ayos ko po ung engine. tapos po since na naandar na sya ulit pinarehistro ko po ulit kay jeanette so binigay ko po ulit lahat ng papers(photocopy) then pina emission ko na din po binayaran ko na din sya ng full payment sa rehistro ng P1,600.00. tapos nagtext po ung secretary nya at sinasabi na may huli daw po ung motor ko sa balanga, bataan at ang violation daw po is obstruction at waring slipper at P928.00 daw ang babayaran. kailangan ko daw po ito i settle kaagad para ma rehistro daw po ung motor. so ang sabi ko kailan ako nahuli? ang sagot nya noong jan 01, 2008. so sabi ko paano mangyayari yun eh nagbakasyon ako d2 sa pinas jan08, 2008 nakatatak un sa passport ko sa arrival tapos sbi nila hindi daw po ako ang nag drive kundi si Dhinar a. Coral. so sabi ko sa kanya walang ibang nagamit ng motor ko kungdi ako lang. at wala akong kilalang dhinar coral. sir ultimo byanan ko d magamit ang motor ko ung ibang tao pa. brand new ko po kc nabili ito kya hindi ko po ma i share sa ibang tao. ini ingatan ko po kung baga.

Mukhang Genesis strikes again a. Meron rin silang post sa Jobstreet.com using Genesis Medical Center as company name pero wala namang company profile. Nireport ko as fraudulent dahil kutob ko 1 lang ang mastermind nito. Ayon, temporarily closed down ang job ad nila dahil hindi sila makapagbigay ng updated business documents. Kaya babala sa mga jobseekers, maraming illegal recruiters advertising sa classified at pati sa legit na jobs online. Todo research nyo muna yung name, if govt (SEC or POEA) registered, kung matagal na ito in operation at puntahan ang office. Sana nga maimbestigahan kung sino ang may-ari ng landline na ginagamit. Sino ba dyan may connections sa PLDT management? Sana mahuli muli at makulong for good itong si Wilfredo Isaac Jr. kung sya nga yung mastermind nito.

Imbestigador should make a follow up feature of this case which was already featured last August 2008 because Wilfredo Isaac continue to victimize our nurses and caregivers. Try to follow all the complaints in this blog and its basically the same modus operandi with different hospital/company and individual names. If you will notice, the scam suddenly stopped after the arrest of Wilfredo Isaac last May 2009 but resumed sometime in August 2009 after he posted bail.Its better if all nurses and caregivers who were victimized bonded together and make proper representation with authorities. Patanggalan nyo na din license si Isaac dahil registered nurse eto.

Sana po magka action nyo po ito para hindi na po mka panloko pa ng maraming nurses. Ung iba po sabi ng parents ko from the province pa at lumuluwas pa ng Manila. Hindi man po kme na loko pero nakaka awa po yung ibang walang ka alam alam. Salamat po.

As a follow up to my previous posting, the case of Wilfredo Isaac was already featured in Imbestigador sometime last year of August 2008. All victims of these scam, who are mostly nurses and caregivers should do something so that authorities would know Wilfredo Isaac (who is on bail after his arrest last May 2009)is again victimizing the public using aliases. You should file complaints with NTC and Bangko Sentral (addressed to BSP Governor Amado Tetangco) against Gcash and Smartmoney on why they are allowing Wilfredo Isaac to use aliases in opening accounts with them which is prohibited by law. Yung P3,000.00 training fees if you add up coming from his victims at tuloy tuloy na scam for years would already total millions of pesos. Look at the modus operandi, they are all the same because there's only one man behind these scheme and its Wilfredo Isaac.

To all victims of Dr. Romero, he is actually the notorious Wilfredo Isaac, Jr.. He is using various aliases and utilizing the facilities of GCash and Smartmoney to victimize the public. He has several pending cases for illegal recruitment and estafa and was already arrested by the NBI last May 2009. However, he posted bail and is now back victimizing the public again. You know its him because of his Modus Operandi of luring prospective nurse and caregiver applicants to attend a seminar to be able to considered for employment abroad. To all victims, kalampagin nyo ang Gcash and Smartmoney because they are supposed to establish the identities of persons opening accounts with them and file complaints with NTC and Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, the regulators of this companies. We offer FREE FOOD & ACCOMMODATION for those selected applicants coming from the province. We reimburse transportation expenses just present to us the OFFICIAL RECEIPTS/TRAVEL TICKETS of your travel expenses.

As a company policy, all payments should be made at any LBC/ Banco De Oro / RCBC BANK. If you are from the province & there's no LBC / Banco De Oro / RCBC BANK in your place, please don't hesitate to call or text us for instructions. Please bring the proof of payment with you on the training dates so that we can accommodate you & we will replace it with an official receipt. NOTE: NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED BECAUSE THERE IS A FREE ON THE JOB TRAINING WITH SALARY, WITH FREE ACCOMMODATION AND FOOD ALLOWANCE WITHIN THE CONTRACT PERIOD IN LONDON.
