good afternoon,
i must admit that i'm not really that knowledgeable about things like these so
i can say that i don't know how i can protect or defend our own interest. it's about this
issue: we bought a motorcycle on installment basis. 3 years to pay. we're now on our
one-year-and-a-half. due to some unavoidabel financial crisis we failed to pay our monthly due on
time--three days going to the next monthly due. the collector along with two others went to my
house to pull out the motorcycle...it looks like they are really ready to take it back even without
taking into the consideration why we were missed to pay for one month. this is the only time that
it happened, we have already spent a big part of our earnings for it then they'd just take it
back without giving us any time to settle that eventhough it's not even 2 months yet. based on
my understanding at the time that they were reading to us the contract before, they will be forced
to take back the motorcycle if we're not able to pay 2 monthly dues. i am aware that some
media people do not really agree with people riding on motorcycle especially as means of
transportation however on us who are not only fond it but also find it as a cheaper means of
transportation would really save some part of our hard-earned salary for that. let me just not miss
this chance as well to say that not all vehicular accidents are caused by motorcycle riders and not
all motorcycle riders are criminals. anyway, going back...my question is: is it legal and proper
that companies like them do not issue a copy of the contract to their customers? SO THAT AT LEAST
THEY HAVE SOMETHING TO READ OR REVIEW AT HOME COZ PERSONALLY, I DON'T REMEMBER EACH AND EVERY
CONDITION OR STIPULATION THAT ARE INCLUDED IN THAT CONTRACT SO PRACTICALLY, I DON'T KNOW WHAT
MY RIGHTS ARE AS A CUSTOMER. what they just gave us was the receipt for the down payment. please

Sa P200 milyon na Budget para sa Pork Barrel ng mga Senador bawat

sa kanila ng mga Infrastructure at

kundi 20-30% ang komisyon
hinihingi sa mga kontratista.

Pansinin niyo na lang ang pagbabago ng buhay ng ilan sa ating

Senadorsimula nang manungkulan sa puwesto. Kung dati ay simple lang ang
kanilang pamumuhay
ngayon ay nakatira na sila sa mga eksklusibong subdivision,
maraming bahay sa Pilipinas at abroad
at mahigit lima ang sasakyan.

Ngayon nagtataka ka pa ba kung bakit gumagastos ng daan-daang

Sir,
Good day po and congratulations sa npkagandang tv program niyo. Gusto ko lang po iparating sa
inyo ang aking karanasan sa Cebu Pacific Airlines. Last Wednesday Feb. 18, 2009 Cebu Pacific company
posted an advertisment on their website and all major/leading newspaper about their promo that runs
from Feb. 18 - 24, 2009 and travel time will be on May 1 to december 31, 2009. Since, gusto kong
makauwi by August sa province together with my child, mother & sister & decided to book for
us for August travel. So around 4:20pm on Feb. 19, 2009 i called their booking hotline at 7020888
for booking of four persons going to Tuguegarao on August 20-25, 2009. The agent gave me the flight
number, schedule and roundtrip fare for four persons and right after that he asked me the credit
card number, expiration date and some details to evalaute the status of the credit card. The agent
told me that i will received a confirmation of my booking within 24 hrs if the credit card has a
good standing status. I waited for the confirmation or shall i say an email from cebu pacific until
April 23, 2009 but unfortunately i havent received any emails or anything from them so i concluded
that it was denied. I tried to call them for a verification last Feb 20 to 23 am but unfortunately i
can't reach anyone of them so i decided to purchase a ticket by using their online booking and
using another credit card. After a minute, i successfully purchased a ticket online and within a
seconds an email came to my inbox regarding my confirmation number aside from the confirmation
number or itinerary of travel that was displayed on their website right after purchasing our ticket.
In short, i was so happy that i availed their promo but a day after or right this morning, i called
the two (2) credit card hotline to check the status if there's a transaction entered last Feb
19 and 23, 2009. Sad to say Sir, my booking on Feb. 19 and 23 ay nacredit so in other words double
booking / double charging. I called their booking hotline but according to them it can't be
refundable. Napakagahaman nila sir. Pls. help me sir investigate this kind of scam their during.
Kawawa nman po yung mga iba pa nilang mabiktima. Thank you and more power.

Itinuro ng inspector kung saan nila nakita iyong

Ang labis naming ipinagtataka ay ang ipinagpipilitan niyang dahil lamang
nakita niya na ang mga kawad ay

kami sa kasong 'illegal connection'.

Nang tanungin ko siya kung nagawa ba niyang

dumating na isang sulat or 'Demand Letter' sa amin na nagsasabi na kami daw ay kailangan

magbayad ng 'Surcharge' sa halagang Php602.90 dahil kami daw ay may 'Violation
of Contract'. At kung hindi

ay kukumpiskahin na nila ang aming metro.

Sinubukan ko itong
i-klaro sa Meralco Pasay Branch at nakausap ko naman iyong mismong taong gumawa at

nagpalabas ng
'demand letter' na iyon. Pinipilit kong ipaliwanag iyong aming sitwasyon ngunit hindi daw
doon

ang tamang lugar ng mga reklamo dahil 'implementation' lamang sila. Itinuro niya
ako na pumunta sa Main

Office sa Pasig dahil ang Pasig daw ang nagpalabas ng utos.

Agad din
akong nagpunta sa kanilang opisina at itinuro ako sa kanilang Para-Legal Office. Dito, sinabi naman

sa akin ng isang abogado doon na ang mga ganitong isyu daw ay dapat sa branch office pa din at
hindi sa

kanila. Muli niya akong pinabalik sa Pasay Branch at sinabihan na kausapin iyong taong
pwedeng mag-desisyon

dito.

Pagbalik ko sa Pasay Branch, hindi ako hinarap ng taong dapat
kausapin pero nagbigay siya ng instruction sa

isang naroon na kung sakali darating ako ay
mag-file daw ako ng formal complaint at request for

re-investigation. Ipina-hold na rin muna
nila ang pagkumpiska ng aming metro habang isinasagawa ito.

Nag-file ako ng akong formal
complaint noong January 16, 2009. Naghintay kami na ipatawag or may pupunta sa

aming lugar upang
magtanong-tanong or mag-occular inspection base sa ipinasang report ng kanilang inspector.

Sa
kasamaang-palad, dumaan ang mga araw na wala man lang tumawag or nagpunta sa aming lugar hanggang sa
may

dumating sa aming sulat (dated February 9, 2009 but received February 13, 2009) galing sa
Meralco Pasay

Branch Office Head na naglalaman ng resulta ng kanilang ginawang
're-investigation' at 're-evaluation' ng

aming isinampang reklamo. Dito
kanilang pinangangatawanan ang ginawang report ng kanilang inspector at kami

ay pinagbabayad ng
halagang Php237,670.80.

Labis na pagkadismaya, panlulumo, inis at galit ang aking nararamdaman.
Hindi ko lubos na maisip kung paanong

imbestigasyon ang kanilang ginawa. Ang mga sinasabi nilang
kawad ay hindi sa aming bahay nakita. Wala silang

nakita kahit na anino man lang ng mga kawad na
iyon kahit ng pumanhik ang kanilang inspektor sa aming bahay.

Batid ko ang bigat ng kasong
'illegal connection' kung kayat amin itong ipinaglalaban. Hindi bat marapat lang

na
bago sila mag-akusa ay sapat ang ebidensiyang nakita o inihain nila?

Bakit hindi nila binigyan
ng bigat iyong tinuran ng kanilang inspector sa aking nanay na 'makipag-ayos na

lang sa
kanya'? Bakit hindi nila binigyan ng punto ang naging pangangatwiran ng kanilang inspector nong
aming

kumprontahin tungkol sa posibleng pupuntahan ng mga sinasabi niyang kawad?

Dito sa
ipinadalang sulat ay may binanggit silang kuha ng mga litrato ng kanilang mga ebidensya. Bakit ayaw

nilang ipakita sa amin iyong mga kuhang iyon upang i-confirmed kung ang mga kuhang iyon ay sa
aming bahay nga

ba or sa iba?

Ano bang klaseng trabaho ba ito? Parang isang malaking
'extortion practice' itong ginagawa nila eh.

Kami ang ginugulo ng mga taong ito gayong
regular na nagbabayad ng bills ang nanay ko habang iyong may-ari ng

bahay kung saan nila nakita
ang ilegal na koneksyon ay wala silang ginawang aksyon. At ang masaklap, hindi

nila binigyan ng
importansya o sinilip man lang na iyong bahay na iyon ay walang maipapakitang metro pero may

mga
gamit sa loob ng kanilang tatlong palapag na bahay.

Ngayon po ay nagbabanta na naman sila na
kukumpiskahin na ang aming metro kung hindi namin mababayaran ang

halagang hinihingi nila.

Sana po ay matulungan niyo ako na mailabas ito at muling ma-imbestigahan upang makita kung sino
ang mga

nagkasala at dapat maparusahan. Gayundin upang mabigyan ng leksiyon o aral ang mga
inspector na hindi pwedeng

'pressumption' ang kanilang maging basehan sa kanilang mga
gagawing aksyon or report dahil napaka-seryoso ng

kasong 'illegal
connection'.

out patient department, dahil sa inakala ko pong maganda sa ospital na ito, tama po bang bago nila
check-up in ang isang pasyente ay kailangan munang magbayad ng 150.00 pesos para sa green card, at
kapag ine schedule for follow check-up ay kailangan ulit magbayad ng 100.00 pesos pagbalik, tulad po
