With the success of his Fifteen Restaurant in London, Jamie Oliver has crossed the seas to Australia, to continue his advocacy. To prove his conviction that it's a passion for food and not academic qualifications that makes a good cook, he is training a group of 16-24 year old disadvantaged Australians to work as chefs in the kitchen of the new Melbourne restaurant.
