The indomitable Sine Novela block of GMA-7 brings to light another unforgettable film-turned-TV series with Kung Aagawin Mo ang Lahat sa Akin featuring today's popular Kapuso stars led by Patrick Garcia, Maxene Magalona, and Glaiza de Castro, as well as JC Tiuseco in his first drama series. Completing the cast of this latest Sine Novela are Jackie Lou Blanco, Nonie Buencamino, Emilio Garcia, Joanne Quintas, Jackie Rice, Rich Asuncion, Jace Flores, and Lovely Rivero. With director Topel Lee at the helm, the story of Sine Novela presents Kung Aagawin Mo ang Lahat sa Akin begins when Gilbert (Nonie Buencamino) decides to adopt orphans Maureen (Maxene Magalona) and Mercedita (Jackie Rice). He adopted the girls matapos niyang malaman na hindi pwedeng manganak ang kanyang asawa na si Clara (Jackie Lou Blanco), with whom a pregnancy will be risky dahil sa kanyang heart ailment. But Clara refuses to recognize the adopted girls because she wants to have her own child. Kaya magde-desisyon siyang i-risk ang buhay niya, and succeeds in giving birth to a baby girl she names Gladys (Glaiza de Castro). Despite having their own daughter though, Gilbert is still close to the adopted girls—na ikagagalit ni Clara. Kaya she will wage a life-long war laban sa mga ampon ni Gilbert, even influencing her own daughter to hate Maureen and Mercedita. The gap, tension and competition among the sisters continue sa kanilang paglaki.
