Leave It to Beaver (1957)

An early sitcom that defined the "golly gee" wholesomeness of 1950s TV, where Dad always got home in time for dinner, mom cleaned the house wearing a dress and pearls and kids Wally and the Beav always learned a gentle comedic lesson by the end of an episode. Oily Eddie Haskell was Beaver's nemesis, a bully who always turned on the charm around adults.
