Life (2007)

After serving nine years in prison for a crime he didn't commit, a police detective rejoins the force and starts using Zen-like techniques in addition to traditional procedure to solve crimes. He's partnered with a tough female cop trying to rebuild her own reputation after a stint in rehab for drug addiction.
