The only movie block for Lifestyle networks which airs 3 times a week. Premiere movies airs every Sunday night, 9PM. Repeat airing can be seen during Saturdays, 1AM and 12PM.
The network's target audience are women so most of the movies shown are about Romance or with women taking the lead role.
