Summary:

Jessica and Robert, together with their daughter, Gelly, decide to stay in the Philippines to do business. Bernard, Jessica's younger brother, works as an NBI agent, hence, Jessica approaches Ramon, Bernard's godfather, to discuss the details of the business. Afterwards, Carding reports to Bernard about the unsolved murder case. Ramon hears about Carding's case, and Bernard promises that he and his godfather are willing to help.

Magda, knowing that Margarita is about to come home, tells Gabby not to tell his sister everything that had happened. But later, Magda tells the boy that she had spoken to Margarita, and apparently, Margarita has decided not to come come and instead elope with her Japanese boyfriend. Gabby fears that their sister had abandoned them, and tells his older brother about it. Robbie is also starting to lose hope that their sister will ever come back for them. He meets a fellow prisoner who offers him some help in getting more money. Robbie agrees to take the opportunity so he can get out.

Carding later attends Rodrigo's graduation at the academy as his son becomes a bona fide policeman. Carding talks to his son about a senior officer who orders him to drop his murder case. Carding had no choice but to follow, but tells Rodrigo that he must keep his reputation as a cop clean. In Japan, Margarita receives word from the embassy that her contract with the manager is void, hence, she can freely go home.
