Meanwhile, Bernard receives a tip that Gutierrez is about to get a shipment of smuggled phones. Jake thinks of planning a tactical mission, but Bernard believes that no one should know about this. Jake then tells Ramon nothing, but he worries about Bernard going in alone. Bernard goes to a cop who was Carding's old friend, and to him he requests a back up team to intercept the smuggling. Fearing that he's taking a dangerous move, Bernard goes to see Greta and tells her that he loves her. Greta is concerned for Bernard, but she finds it hard to accept his love since she still cannot forget Rodrigo. She asks him not to go to the operation, but Bernard has made up his mind. She kisses him goodbye, and tells him that he needs to return so they could talk things out. Ramon gets a call from Corales telling him that Bernard caught Gutierrez.
