The Opening Billboard of the show tells us that there are three types of angels. The WHITE ANGELS, the little angels like cherubims, who later become PINK ANGELS. PINK ANGELS are sent to the earth to experience being human and to help people who need guidance. Then later on, the PINK ANGELS become BLUE ANGELS. BLUE ANGELS guide the PINK ANGELS.
