Summary:

Emerald tells Cocoy that Terrence is now a famous rock star. The young girl is happy that her old friend had fulfilled his dreams. As she watches Terrence on TV, Emerald longs to see him, especially when Terrence sings their favorite song, Pangarap Na Bituin.

Terrence's debut album becomes a top seller, while his rock version of Pangarap Na Bituin instantly turns into a smash hit. Terrence is now one of the most popular recording artist in the country, making him in demand for numerous shows and concerts. In one of Terrence's performance in Boracay, Emerald and Chorva go to see the handsome singer. Chorva insists on meeting Terrence, but Emerald is reluctant in introducing herself to his old friend who is now a famous celebrity.

Emerald and Chorva brace the screaming fans to get close to Terrence, but when Terrence snobs her, Emerald is offended. What she doesn't know is that the guy is actually Jeffrey who is just creating a diversion. When all the fans have gone, Terrence is escorted by his road manager, Buboy, to his vehicle. Terrence gets in the van just when Emerald had left.

Emerald sadly tells Cocoy that Terrence snubbed her, and the young girl thinks that her old friend had changed. But Cocoy tells her that it's not likely of Terrence to be a snob. The next day, Cocoy and Chorva surprise Emerald on her birthday. Everything goes well, until Chorva gives Emerald a CD of Terrence and his band. Emerald is pissed, but when Cocoy shows her two tickets to the Jeans concert in Manila, Emerald is excited once again.

At the concert, Emerald tells Cocoy how excited she is to see Terrence. Emerald watches as her old friend amuses the big audience with his cool music. After the concert, Emerald takes Cocoy to sneak through the crowd to see Terrence. Emerald tells the guard that she personally knows Terrence, but when the guard goes to tell Alberta, she says that Terrence does not have a friend named Emerald. The guard returns and tells Emerald that Terrence does not know them, and Emerald is humiliated.
