Pig Sty (1995)

Five very different guys find themselves sharing the same New York City apartment run by an attractive, opinionated female superintendent. When Johnny moves out to pursue the girl of his dreams, the other three guys, P.J., Randy and Cal take in Joe, a medical student unaccustomed to urban life. They quickly rename him "Iowa" after his home state. Soon Johnny needs to move back in and their two bedroom arrangement becomes cramped forcing Cal to move into the walk-in closet.
