Project Greenlight (2001)

Executive producers Ben Affleck, Matt Damon and Chris Moore laugh in the face of failure to bring us a third season of "Project Greenlight," their contest for aspiring filmmakers. Winning screenwriting team Patrick Melton and Marcus Dunstan and winning director John Gulager (chosen after an Internet-based contest and meetings with Affleck, et al) will be given a $1 million budget, stars like Navi Rawat and Balthazar Getty and a mentor/producer in Wes Craven for their horror flick "Feast."
