Rocket Power (1999)

Animated series that follows the adventures of 9-year-old Otto Rocket, a driven competitor and natural born leader, and 10-year-old Reggie Rocket, Otto's smart and athletic sister, who publishes her own "zine" that focuses on extreme sports. Twister, a video artist, is Otto's best friend. Sam is the "squid" (new guy) of the group, who just moved to Ocean Shores, a mythical Southern California beach town, from Kansas City. Ray Rocket is Otto and Reggie's dad, a veteran of the 1960's surf scene. Rayruns the Shore Shack restaurant on the pier with Tito, his best friend and chef. Merv and Violet Stimpleton are the Rocket's neighbors.
