Rocko's Modern Life (1993)

An Australian wallaby starts a new life in the United States with his loyal dog, Spunky, and an assortment of eccentric friends: Heffer Wolfe, Rocko's best pal, a steer who was raised by wolves; Filburt, an intellectual turtle who suffers from hypochondria; and Dr. Paula Hutchinson, Filburt's relentlessly cheerful girlfriend. Rocko's new life is pretty sweet, as long as he can stay away from his grumpy next-door neighbors, Ed and Bev Bighead.
