Tsukune Aono is unable to get into a good school, due to his academic performance being mediocre at best. An unlucky accident lands him in a school that is far from ordinary; the school is attended by monsters disguised as humans. Tsukune knows that he needs to get out of that school as soon as possible but he meets Moka Akashiya. Moka is extremely beautiful and just happens to be a vampire. Knowing he should leave but wanting to know about Moka, Tsukune decides to stay in this strange school filled with monsters.
