Sins of the City (1998)

Vince Karol is a man who has made mistakes, including one which cost him his job as a Miami police officer. He now works as a private investigator, but in his search for redemption, he gets too caught up in his cases. Other characters include Freddie Corillo, Karol's friend on the force, and Sam Richardson, a sexy, smart lawyer.
