Son of the Beach (2000)

A comedy series following the adventures of the world's greatest lifeguard, pale and flabby Notch Johnson, as he solves murders, busts drug lords and helps assorted beach goers in a town called Malibu Adjacent. Notch and his staff of airhead lifeguards -- B.J., Chip, Kimberlee and Jamaica -- are forced to deal with the mean Mayor Anita Massengil and her evil son, Cody.
